that was convicted of assaulting a women 3 times in domestic abuse and got a 5yr restraining order or would you give them the benefit of the doubt if he said he didnt do it.
just askin because yes i did post previous on courts etc
found out he is bak in town in the clubs chatting the girls up and denying it saying he was set up by the system
i am living far away now
Katy's previous posts have all been to do with court and magistrates' issues, except one about goldfish. It's a strange question. 3 times? hardly an accident or a case of mistaken identity, surely.
I read something in the paper yesterday about someone saying it may be a good idea to have a list of men or woman that have domestically abused their partners. They would be on it so many years, so as long as they sorted themselves got counselling etc then they wouldnt be on list forever. I think its a good idea.
in answer to your questions , yes i have done in the past didn't get a restraining order though but he did tell me he didn't do it and she had done it herself :( , i was silly and believed him for 11 and a half years till he did the same to me :( , then i noticed the pattern and got to hell away , but that was all them years wasted on a guy that was a prick ,2 good things came out the relationship my daughter and son :) , but now i am a single mum!!

Katy, he may be back in circulation but he's far away - leave well alone, you don't need to have anything else to do with him, or speculate about him, or anything.
