Seriously - I never feel like that. More often than not, I just want a hug and to sleep and I'm crankier than normal but it's kind of hard to tell the difference anyway.

maybe i should take something. Its only when im on i feel like this otherwise ima pretty happy person in general. It is quite worrying really ive sat here this morning and have cried (i have also lost a pup this morning though so that could have something to do with it) and have actually had a mental conversation with myself about what im not happy about and what im going to say to him. reading what im typing though its actually making me giggle. I know i sound like a madwoman but honestly im not lol
Sorry about your pup.
The best thing to do is wait until your PMS subsides then ask yourself the questions. Are you happy? Is this what you want? That way you won't be clouded by the hormones. As you say it may be worth taking something to help with it. Although its only once a month its a long time to be feeling down over the course of a lifetime that could be avoided.

Are you on any type of contraceptive pill? If so, tell your GP about it and they can try you on a new pill. I went through about 6 pills before I finally found one that worked well for me, because I was getting crazy hormone swings at that time too. Even if you're not on the pill, speak to the GP. They might put you on one to help balance out the hormones. Good luck!
