white spot on private area

right, does anyone know or has experienced a white painless spot on their lady area? if so any suggestions to what it is or how to get rid of it. its on the outside part of the labia minora and is a bit worrying

what sort of spot? is it like a zit or a raised flaky patch or just a little area where there is no pigment...only I am sure sqad will be along later and he will need a better description so you might like to have one ready....

some have to be investigated further and dealt with by means of sterile needle and some privacy...if you get what i mean...x
