My lady will not snog with me.

I've been going out with this lady I met on a dating site. We've been going out for 4 months and really getting on well, even planning to marry one day.

However she will not snog with me, saying she can't stand tongues touching.

Surely, anyone could snog the person they are in love with?

This is one of her many foibles, she will not share a bottle of water.

Sort out these problems before you think of getting married. Marriage, or living together for that matter, is much more intimate than lips or tongues touching.

I don't mind kissing(would prefer not to.Don't see the point)But tongues ugh!! horrible.Love kissing by the way on any part of the body but not full blown snog on lips.

Yes, she does allow just lips touching. Which is fine but just once in a while it would be nice to have a snog to show your true feelings towards a loved one.

I personally think both the non desire to kiss and the lack of water sharing is odd, but clearly other people here feel both is perfectly normal.... and there is your answer my friend, one man's meat is another man's poison- if you can accept these sorts of things about her then fine- I imagine you probably do things which tick her off as well, and that's what a relationship is all about, differences and compromises as well as all the nice torrid bits. Do you two have sex might I ask, because if you don't and she's leary about tongues when kissing then she might well be leary about lots of other things and that might be more difficult to overcome.

Snogging does not show your true feelings.What is nice about dribbling saliva into each others mouths?? I loved my husband more than life itself but we didn't snog.We always kissed (pecked) though even just passing on the stairs or nipping out for a paper.Sex with him was amazing and lips never met(well not face ones anyway)
