I will weigh myself this evening and come back and tell you next Monday how I'm doing if that's ok with everyone? (Does it have to be wednesday?).
I won't be doing any of the slimming world or weight watchers things as I just don't have the interest or inclination to join a group so you will be my support group.
Does anyone know of a good online food diary? I was going to get a little notebook but it might be just as well to do it online throughout the day as I'll probably get lazy with a note book.

Chinadoll Xstitcher set this up a year ago and I replied and I said that I usually weigh on a wednesday and it was left like that and everyone joined in but feel free to post anytime but we usually all post our weight loss or gain on a Wednesday so you can always come in again then and tell us . Onwards and Downwards
AB ED can you please put this thread back to the heading of XSTITCHER as she is the one that started it a year ago. You should have continued it from her previous thread that we have all been following and think it only fair it should be continued by her. Thanks. or we could start on her thread below this one.
Welcome aboard China Doll. As Wendilla says you can weigh yourself in where ever it is the best for you. Most of us just weigh ourselves once a week which keeps our fingers on the pulse quite well.
We seem to be a group with an age span of 30's 40's? up to the 70's so there is something for everybody but the main goal is to loose weight in the way that suits each of us the best. Good luck and as we say "Onwards and downwards"

syayed the same as hoped....heavy weekend ahead but hope to be good the rest of the time...I think its always hard about now...theres a bit of a lull...the early part of the years good intentions have started to fizzle out and the OMG its only a few weeks to my holiday have yet to hit... but we will get there...eventually....onwards and downwards
I know the feeling wendilla, I always think right starting today I'll write everything down. It all starts well but by lunchtime - I'm busy, I'll do it later I can rememeber what I had - and so it continues. But I have managed to lose 1.5lbs this week so I'm doing something right somewhere. I would have been pleased with staying the same this week as I've got a sore throat and conjuntivitis (sp) so I've been sucking throat sweets like they are going out of fashion. Also because I'm not feeling too well I've not been doing much exercise. But I'm begining to feel better so in the next few days I think I'll get the Wii out and go for a few walks too.
Good Luck everyone - Onwards and Downwards.
