Been going to Slimming World for a few months now and the weight loss is going well (2st so far), but for the last few weeks I find I am not going to the loo and weight loss has slowed down. Tummy is very bloated and I feel 'full' but I am not getting the urge! Any suggestions as to what I can eat to get things going again pse.......
Believe it or not for some people too much fibre can make it difficult to go to loo. Lactulose as I mentioned earlier helps without forcing things, google it and see if it might suit you.
Thanks for your suggestions folks - tried most of what you have come up with but with no luck - beetroot did nothing except make my pee red! and I can't stand the smell, let alone the taste of liquorice.
Hi I am on slimming world and go regularly more than i used to. When i used to get bunged up I would get some glycerine suppositries (sp) from boots the chemist and use as per instructions and they make me go within half an hour. Failing that look on the slimming world website and make the mushy pea curry that has worked for my friend. hope u manage to go so good luck.
