If so what are your thoughts on it, and would it be safe for someone taking Cellcept. Thanks

I've heard bits about it,and it sounds like nonsense. It's a very low cal diet-only 500 per day, and will do more harm than good.
You can loose fairly quickly on a lower carb/higher fat diet without loosing muscle or going hungry- as long as you eat real, wholesome food....no junk. Or try WW or SW...they also work.

Can't help with the Cellcept query,I'm afraid.

...but there is no *easy fix* that is safe.
Good grief...*why* would you want to go on an extreme low calorie program if you may have had an organ transplant? As Google tells me that Cellcept is an anti-rejection drug.

Sorry-just asking.
Me again...I have to apologise,in case I sounded 'shouty' on my previous answer. I have just seen on another thread of yours that your daughter suffers from an auto-immune condition. Again-please accept my apologies.
I just started the all about w8 diet. It's amazing. I've lost 16 pounds in 17 days. I'm losing about 1 pound a day it's fantastic.
