At night I often half a small cantaloupe melon, de-seed it, add raspberries, blueberries, low fat yoghurt and either some natural almonds or mixed seeds on top. It sorts out a sweet craving and is very filling.
I also cut a flour tortilla into triangles. Sprinkle with paprika and chilli powder and bake or grill until crisp. I either have it with home-made salsa or hoummos.
Frozen chocolate covered bananas. Melt some dark choc, skewer the bananas with wooden skewers, dip into the chocolate, sprinkle with either some toasted coconut or chopped nuts.Place on a baking sheet and freeze.
