Can you recommend one please?
I'm looking for a cereal that doesn't have a lot of sugar or salt added, also low in calories and fat.
I don't mind if it's a cereal to be eaten with hot or cold milk.TIA

You can get some lovely cinnamon flavoured porridge or porridge with blueberries..both scrumptious and good for you. Make it with half water half milk an d don't use sugar. You dont need it with cinnamon or blueberries.

Haven’t come across any breakfast food as healthy as oat bran. Low in calories, low in fat, filling and tasty, the oat bran benefits are plenty!! You get various types of oat bran which can be eaten with hot or cold milk. Add some sugar, walnuts, fruits and give your body a tremendous energy boost.
