I can't remember the name of the site but go to www.google.co.uk and type in 'Atkins diet' on the search for the whole of the web (not just UK sites). The first site that comes up seems to be run by Atkins TM (!) and will give you brief answers to everything. They are obviously hopeing that you will buy their products to get more info but it will certainly give you a free trial period!
