What's the best exercise to get rid of back fat? It's the only place I'm not losing inches on my diet.

I don;t believe one can spot reduce. If your body opts to lose in one place before another one just has to accept it. Maybe you can disguise it with your choice of wardrobe ? (And I don't mean hiding in it.)
Hi there, people hold weight in different places, you will notice some people hold weight on there stomach some thighs and bottom some arms and some back etc etc, this can be down to a number of things such as hormones, genetics and types of food consumed, so basically everyone is different. You may notice if your trying to be healthier or your trying to lose weight that you are losing it from other areas, maybe seeing a difference in you stomach first. The stubborn fat may be one of the last places you will lose from, in my case I lose weight of my stomach and torso first and the stubborn fat that comes off last (that I'd put on first) is on my bottom and top thighs. Keep working hard at your healthy diet and high intensity exercise and it will eventually go. Otherwise I'd suggest googling exercises for the higher or lower back (where ever you hold it) and trying some of them to tone the area which will improve the appearance.
Hope this helps
You can't target fat. You can tone up your muscles as much as you want but they won't be seen if they are hidden under a layer of fat.

You'll just have to lose more weight I'm afraid.
Liposuction could target back fat.
There is that option.
