Elvis......One of the reasons I dislike dog owners. Litter is a problem where I live mainly because there is a nearby school. Unfortunately the parents are as bad as the kids. Worse in fact. The adults should teach their kids the rights and wrongs.

Daffy, where I live we had a lot of cats dying. The vet said without a post mortem he could not give a cause. PM's cost money. (nothing is free) even though I no longer have a cat I paid for 3 to have a PM. The vet did give a reduced rate. They were poisoned yet the police were still not interested.
