Sorry I haven't been around for a while due to a few health problems and struggling with my depression so been having a break from dieting. Weighed myself last Thursday and had put 9lb back on so decided to get back on the wagon although still a few problems to sort out. I am going to carry on again with the Wednesday weigh-ins so will pop back in then.
Hello Jan nice to see you back. Don't worry because the weight that you have lost over the past 2 years that is nothing to worry about and I am sure you will rectify it . Sorry to hear about your health problems and hope that you will get over this . Take care and keep with us . I dread to look at the scales tomorrow.
Awww good to see you all here ready for a group hug in the morning! We're gonna need "considerably bigger steps" this week I fear. But safety in numbers and I feel confident that if we start as we mean to go on, 2014 will be a successful year for us all. I'd like to lose a stone before the first daffodils bloom in the garden...there's a challenge for myself. Be back in a few hours with my weigh in.
Due to an inexplicable 1¼lb rise over the last 24 hours (?!?!) It seems I went up 3 lbs over Xmas/New Year after all. But I choose to believe I went up 5 lbs and have lost 2 this week ;-)
Probably not helping I've yet to return to porridge / cereal for breakfast, 2 slices of toast again today. I'm sure I'll be back in the swing of it soon though.
