Yet again xstitcher has come to my recuse with ideas for a theme. So here are a few suggestions, obviously the interent is filled with all sorts of stuff so I have stuck with the diabetes.org site.

I heard a bit about this problem on the TV So was glad to be able to learn more about it.

As I read it I think they imply any sweetener. Although it's early days and disputed yet.
Ah Stevia. I was using that before it was well known and was only available in "health shops" but was put of by someone on the Net who I now believe had confused it with something else. Bought some again recently and can confirm that it still has that after-taste.

Morning all. I know Monday is neither one thing nor another, but I'm on holiday from work at the moment and have lost all sense of time. I didn't weigh in last week and am away to Paris soon so i'll check back with you all once I'm home. I've been trying hard with my walking although I know I haven't managed the target 48 minutes a day, and besides, I've been knocked out by ear/throat virus these last few days which has zapped my energy. I definitely need a relaxing holiday but wish me luck in avoiding those baguettes!
Hi Maydup, I back up Wendilla 100%. You enjoy a baguette and get back in track when you get home. After 3 weeks in Spain and enjoying a treat now and then I still weigh the same so don't fret about it. Try and balance your meals out and you'll be fine. I hope your throat/ear virus has completely left the premises!
