We're all losers here - looking at where the thread ended up!
Personally, I am slowly dropping weight, but have been off the running for a week after a bit of a tumble during a run! I survived, but it was fatal to my phone. Tragic, I am sure you'll agree. Who said running is good for you? :)

What is right for me may not be right for you so to each his own. You're quite new in our little club so you haven't had the time to find our "music" yet. I hope you don't mind me saying this. OG is one of our longest standing members and this is the way he does it.
No. It's been quite a few years since I last did regular exercise, and since getting out of the rat race I have less need to walk from place to place any more. Truth be known I'm having difficulty being enthusiastic about it or anything else at the moment. I'm telling myself that will change when the weather gets better. I tend to be more alert and happy to get on when the summer is near.
