Today is the first break in the summer heat round these parts, which means that I might be able to actually cook something.

It's such a difficult thing to turn on the hobs or oven while the heat was in the high-twenties.

What did you eat during the heatwave?

We ended up with takeaways when the evening finally dipped in heat - or salad.

I'm confused, which page are we on?
I assume we have moved to your August one. This one didn't have the follow link though.

Fine, see you on the Aug one. It was just all those people who seemed to have nothing to do with us that confused me.
I had an 1 1/2 at the dietian which was very interesting. I found out that one of the reasons I'm having such a difficult time of going down now is that my muscle mass because of my illness is only 1/2 of what it should be. Apparently it sets things going that sets off the bits that help you loose weight.
Ah. Muscle use will burn calories, so that makes sense.
Right: training for the marathon for you then.
I'll start immediately!
