I’m feeling rather smug this morning having gone down 200 grams. All loss now is a gift as I’ve achieved my goal. I had lunch with my daughter in law on Monday and she has just become a Pilates instructor at the age of 50! She was showing me photos of it....ouch! I didn’t know people could bend in those ways :-)). It sure doesn’t bare any resemblance to the training I go to.

Terrible - can't stop eating sweet stuff. Again after eating a ton of the stuff - I am still the same weight - thought scales batteries were old so changed them.
Would be happy now to lose 8lbs - I would fit into my clothes much better.
Does any of you recommend the slimming clubs to give you a jump-start anyway.

Good morning all, Jenny Joan I go to rehab training twice a week and on the other days take a walk along our local beach. I’m definitely not dormant but neither am I burning up calories by the hundreds. My weight loss can be attributed to sensible, healthy eating with food ideas made up between a dietician and myself and a will of iron if I say so myself and a good sprinkling of exercise and walking.
The wardrobe rewards of loosing the amount of weight I have are enormous and since I love clothes they keep me on the straight and narrow. Although I hid it I was so unhappy with my overweight. It was the first thing I thought of in the morning and the last thing I thought of at night. When I finally was able to admit to myself that although I love being on onwards and downwards it wasn’t helping me anymore, and sought professional help, things started going the right way and I haven’t looked back.

Good morning all, I can’t see that this lovely weather we all seem to be having effects my eating. I’m still hungry at the same times. Be careful with the lovely available summer fruits. They all contain sugar so large amounts won’t benefit you that want to loose weight. Have you tried watermelon in a salad dressed with balsamic vinegar?
