It's a little like an alcoholic stopping meetings, if you can be open in a safe space, you are less likely to slide.
Anyway body analyser today... BMI down another 1.0, body fat has moved from red into the Orange zone. Muscle mass up two kilos so weight has stayed the same. Biggest difference is the amount I am having to take my trousers in. Had to buy smaller leggings too

After a few bad weeks down 4 lb. Back on track for a while. Ordering some sport bras today as getting faster on the treadmill is dangerously bouncy. Added two more bits of kit to my circuit aimed at saddlebags and inner thighs. Walk today. Although cold its too bright to stay in. Shorter days time to restart vit D.
