my boyf and i need to lose weight and want to join a slimming club, as we think the weekly weigh in will keep us motivated - I know the principals of Slimming world but have never tried and know nowt about weight watchers. Can anybody tell me which they think is best and what has worked for them? Thanks a lot.

With Weight Watchers you are assigned a number of 'points' per day, depending on how much you have to loose. Each foodstuff has a points value and you can eat what you like as long as you don't exceed your daily points total. It does work but you need discipline to tot up the number of points per day and to make sure you eat the correct weight of whatever it is.
