Need to Lose Weight Fast!!
23 Answers
I am going travelling in a couple of weeks and am desperate to shift as many last minute pounds as possible. I am willing to try anything, no matter how unhealthy or unsustainable and will exercise as much as possible. Does anybody know the best diet/exercise to do in order to lose as much weight as possible?? I am 5ft 7in and 11st 4inch. thanks

Meat, and nothing else, but water. Well, butter, eggs: anything that has close to no carbs. I lost 10lbs in 7 days. I was a lump, though; put it all back on in as many days afterwards and could barely stand up by the seventh day, but it worked. I'm not actually recommeding it at all; the quicker you lose it, the quicker it'll go back on again, even eating "normally". :)
Something for breakfast that will keep hunger at bay 'til lunch, like a small bowl of special K, or porrige made with skimmed milk and drink a glass of fruit juice. Fruit for lunch, or a couple of rice cakes and some drained tuna in brine with chopped cucumber, onion, tomato and a spoonful of fat free dressing, for dinner
Then grilled/roasted without fat skinless boneless chicken breast, or fish baked in a foil parcel with herbs and lemon juice
fill up on veg and salad -
Tips: Prepare a box of veg, eg carrot sticks, celery, cucumber, radishes, little gem lettuce leaves etc to snack on - also fruit, but don't prepare too far ahead else the nutrients will be lost.
Make a huge pot ful of veg soup - just chop what ever veg you like and add to stock cubes, some fresh chopped herbs and garlic if you want something hot. Just reheat a bowlful at a time keeping the rest in the fridge
If you've got a sweet tooth buy some fat free yoghurts and add fruit
If you can't resist chocolate and simly MUST have some, try those 40 calorie choc drinks in various flavours.
Good Luck!!

Why does that happen weecalf? I do it all the time - it's very encouraging. Why do you want to lose weight sophie? Your weight and height seem ideal to me - if you were 5ft 2 in and 11st.3lbs, like me, you would have something to worry about. As it is go on holiday with confidence in your lovely figure.
Go to the library and rent Rosemary Conley's Fat Attack CD it worked wonders for me, toned me up made me look thinner, used muscles I didnt know I had....you will feel better after a couple of tries. I have been doing the tape, CD for the past 4 years and I am still not fed up with doing it just feel great each time I have completed it !!
