There's a few at http://www.frugal.org.uk/recipes.html Safeway's website is good (www.safeway.co.uk). There's a 'meals on a budget' option in their recipe section. You choose how much you want to pay per portion & it gives you a list of recipes along with calories & fat per serving. Hope this helps :)
