Writing an invoice.

Hi,

I have recently sold a piece of art in a council run exhibition. To get paid I have to " submit an invoice for the sale". I have never had to do this before. To save me trying to find the right person on the phone tomorrow, can anyone help?!

Type in " Bill of sale" the date/day/year/ the value of the Item, the items description, colour, who it was sold to, the price you charged, the name address of byer,
