I have had a Natwest credit card in the last 12 months. The debts were cleared and the card has now been cancelled. I currently have no credit cards open at the minute but want to open another one with 0% on purchases for 15 months..............the only thing is the other card is an RBS credit card. Does this rule me out of applying as I've had a Natwest card before? (as the 2 companies are linked)

Thanks

If you had problems with credit in the past it will show up on your credit score, no matter who you go to, bad credit score could mean no credit!

Get your credit score from "Experian"
Ratter I think the OP is asking if he can get a "new customer" offer given that he has had a credit card from a linked company. I think the only way to know is to ask....
I see! thanks Woof :-)
