Yes. They are very "on the ball" with acknowledging your claim and will tell you if you have a case.

Just fill in their PPI Questionnaire and send it Recorded Delivery.

I did one quite some time ago now and recieved a 'no' answer but they would review it further down the line. I had completely forgotten all about it until about a fortnight ago when a letter arrived asking me to phone them, (Freephone no.), which i did and spoke to a young chap who asked a few questions, then told me he would pass theinfo to the appropriate person to make a final decission and I would get their answer by post in due course. Lo and behold, a couple of days ago a letter arrived telling me they had aggreed my claim and a cheque for nearly 2.5k would follow in a few days. Just waiting for the cheque now, if this has been of any help.
