Maestro

Hi, I had a Solo card but the bank has now changed it to a Switch Maestro but now I find that I can never pay for things on the internet because it always asks for a start date but it doesn't have one, is there a way of sorting this out?

I use my switch/maestro card on the internet loads, if there isn't a start date then there should be an issue number instead, which most sites accept.

yeah there is an issue number but the virgin website still won't accept it and i've had problems paying bills online too.
