hi, i have a bad credit rating & am a debt management scheme, after 5 years of uni! i have recently set up a bsuiness, but cant seem to get a business acc anywhere, does anyone know what banks will look at helping?

All banks have a responsibility to give individuals a bank account (under government legislation) - however this does not go as far as businesses.

Short answer - no bank I know of will give you facilities (why should they) - if you are running a business you will need to be a sole trader and ask for cheques to be made payable directly to yourself.
