csa tax rebate?

My partner has been paying maintenance for his 2 daughters for the last 10 years through CSA. We have recently been advised that somewhere out there is a facility where we can claim back a Tax Rebate for the payments we have made. Does anyone know about this or better still done this and can advise us accordingly?

Unless your partner is over 70 then there is no tax relief on maintenance payments in the UK tax system.
