You can do it yourself for free or if you dont have the time or the motivation ask http://www.llltd.org.uk to do it for you on a 'No Win No Fee' basis.
All the company require is your bank details and your signed permission, and 15 to cover the statement charges, they then work on a 'No Win No Fee' basis.

Bank Charges - Banks have been charging their customers extortionate amounts whenever they go overdrawn, a cheque is bounced, a direct debit payment is returned, etc.
The Office of Fair Trading has ruled that it is unlawful for banks and credit card issuers to charge more than the cost incurred to them when their customers:
Go over their overdraft limit
A cheque is bounced
A Direct Debit is returned
And many other similar misdemeanours
Penalty charges are illegal. Banks can only impose charges, which are in proportion to their costs. Many believe there's no way a 30ish charge, when someone exceeds their overdraft limit or bounces a cheque, is proportionate. Remember it could simply be 1p over the limit and you're charged, and even if it's more, you pay interest anyway. It's their costs we're looking at. Does it really cost 30 for a computer to write and send an automated letter?
If it isn't proportionate then it's illegal, and thus you've a right to your money back. How can charges get so big, why do people reclaim 1000s?
These charges snowball. Imagine you go beyond the overdraft limit, you're then hit with a fine for that and a couple of fines for bounced cheques or Direct Debits. Now suddenly you're around 100 down, which you can't afford to repay - next month there are more fines - and so it continues.

Hi there
I too am using the 'services' of licit legal and have had my claim open since the end of October 2006 and they STILL haven't resolved it. The staff are rude, unhelpful and really seem to treat me like a hassle as opposed to a customer. They do not like their customers challenging them and they will not give you copies of documentation they have sent to the bank if you ask to see it. I have made several complaints to them with no success and they never return your calls. I signed up with them as I thought it would be quicker and easier as opposed to going it alone. At least, this is what I was told by them when they called me. In fact, the opposite appears to be true. I have had friends do it themselves in much less time and with less hassle than I for more money, with the same bank!
I am about to report them to the new regulatory body which governs their activities they also are meant to have complaints procedures (which they don't or at least don't use) and I suggest anyone who is experiencing the same problems do the same, they are not doing what they are meant to be doing. I'd also suggest that we all get together and contact some media outlets who will be interested in this type of thing. I work in the media and would be happy to co-ordinate this.

the above is a link the THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE who regulate them, complaints can be made via the site also. Additionally, you can read what they are meant to do to keep their licence - which they will loose if they carry on in the fashion they are currently, no doubt.

Hi Connor, yeah, I'm with Licit Legal too theyre a total nitemare. Ive been waiting for them to get my statements since Feb 9th, so I havent even been told how much im entitled too. Ive never seen such unprofessionalism, deceit and rudeness from a company whose aim it should be to provide a service! They don't return calls and tell you you just have to wait. ive had numerous arguments and altercations with them. I would be more than happy to get on board with some action against them. I too have been to the ministry of justice website and have previously emailed them threatening legal action and threatening to report them to the regulators.
im in the same situation with licit legal - the claim was started on feb 8th and i havent heard anything since - the banks must reply within 40 working days so im sure the problem is with licit - ive tried ringing them over 100 times now but the lines are always busy (wether thats with loads of people ringing to complain or theyve shut up shop and done a runner im not sure) - also thier website is down and there fax isnt receiving anything ???
