i claimed bank charge with this legal company on 2nd febuary 2007 but now cant get hold of them???
and can i claim on my own now i have no faith in them?

I don't know why you think they are a law firm - they are not. They are simply a company that have jumped on this bandwagon for easy money.

The problem you have is that all claims are currently 'on hold' pending the result of a major court case.
My advice would be to write to the company stating you are dissatisfied with the company and are dispensing with their services forthwith, and continue on your own.
