Default notices

Hi.
I have just been looking at my credit report and have noticed Vodafone have given me 2 defaults within 2 months for the same account. I have wriiten to Vodafone asking them to provide me with a copy of contract and default and they replied by saying they cannot provide either, and I should take this letter as confirmation that they have wrote to me twice before. This happened in 2005. Is there any chance of getting these 2 defaults removed.
Your help is urgently needed and I would be very grateful.
