When shall I buy my U$ Dollars?

Good afternoon

The currency exchange rate between GBP and USD is at the lowest it been for a long time now, meening that i get less dollars for my pound.

Shall I buy my dollars now just in case the rate reduces further or wait and see what happens in a hope the rate will increase getting more dollars for my pound?
