We are downsizing our house, and there will be some money left after buying our new home.
We have never had enough money to need a financial advisor before, so how do we find one who is reliable, and not tied into a bank that will lose our money for us?
Help, please!

Actually I was at fault as I only read the 'Important Notice', before replying, and didn't see your first message.
