If your existing claim was terminated then yes, you can make a new one & it should be put into payment.
If your existing claim is still shown as open on their system then any new claim will be disallowed. You need to contact them & find out what their system shows. The Helpline should be able to tell you. If they won't help, go to CAB - who can contact a special intermediaries helpline staffed by people with more knowledge of the system. Take your paperwork with you.
