I have tried to sell something on e bay and the buyer was going to collect. He did not turn up and did not pay I have not heard anything since. I have opened a "case" on ebay over a week ago but still cannot give this guy the negative feedback he should have. What next?

Sellers can't leave negative feedback, only buyers can do that now.
