Deliveries will only be as good as the ability to use the roads - if the delivery people can't get up roads safely, they won't deliver.
Who can possibly predict. It will depend on what part of the country you are in and what the weather does in your area and whatever area you are expecting post from.
My piece of string is 7.38cm long - how long is yours?
don't get personal, buildersmate; that's information we do not really need to know!

Well said DT !!
sure they'll do their best, not easy for them with the snow and ice in some areas!....
You are welcome to make snide remarks but, rest assured, I always seek the match the quality of answer to the question.
I think DTs comment was meant to be humourous.
Heavy snow here yesterday , but the postman has already been round.
Sounds like quite a short piece of string in your neck of the woods, then.

Buildermate, you're cracking me up, stop it ! Lol!!
we never had a walking delivery today
My normal postie is a lady postie and she is brilliant. The guy who does her shift when she is off is awful and really creepy too.
And my normal postie is a slovenly 20 year old in shorts who tramples across peoples gardens, wanders within 7.38cm of my front room window (perhaps he is an ex builder) and takes offence if the matter is mentioned to him.

Ah for the old days of civility and service.

I never said, builders mate, if your string was pulled tight or hanging flaccid. Personally,I do not want to know....
