I am not aware of a site but the Evening Standard's Homes and Property section (which comes with the paper on Weds) has a page for people selling their own homes, and I have noticed that some of those carry a url which leads to a site dedicated to a particular property; you might like to look into this to find out how to set up your own mini site.
