You can calculate what the CSA would say by following this link

I am assuming you mean �15k and not �1.5m!  Too many zeros!

15 percent of your available income for 1 child, 20 for 2 children, 25 for 3 or more.

Available income is all your take home pay, less a percentage for children that live with you, as above.

Thus my ex has one new child plus one to pay cs for-

He pays 15 percent of 85 percent of take home.

 

There are variations, eg if you've a working partner or on income support
