Hi, received an email message yesterday from 'Santander' suggesting for security, I would have to register some details and should I ignore their request, future logging on would be blocked. Obviously not genuine. There were 5 spelling/grammar errors in the 4 line message. Don't even have any accounts with them now!!

I just delete them, but I admit that the first one I had was from the Bank I deal with and I started filling out the form they sent until the bit where they wanted my pin number. I got out of there pretty quick and contacted my Bank to change my credit card right away, which they did. Never again!! I wrote a scathing email to the perpetrators screaming at them (theoretically) if they thought I was going to give ANYONE my pin number they must be pretty stupid (although at that time it was me who was the stupid one.
forward it to [email protected], then delete it from your inbox. I'm doing this all the time. I haven't even got a santander account.
