Does anyone know if you can transfer pension rights accrued while living in Holland to a UK plan?

Thanks

Are you referring to company schemes or private pensions? What sort of plans are they?
Was it a Dutch Company? If the likes of Royal Dutch, Unilever or Phillips, it is more than likely that the pension fund is in Bermuda......more advantageous wise to keep it there from a tax perspective, but if Bermuda, yes.
also is it "rights" as in a company benefit that you haven't contributed to or "rights" as in money that you have saved in a scheme?

it is a dutch company pension accrued when working there - subject to Dutch tax legislation rather than off shore.

thanks
I bought my daughter an apartment approximately 7 years ago and paid cash, the apartment is in her name. She moved out of the apartment a few years back and has rented it out. She now plans to move back in the property and will look to sell it in a couple of years time, will she have to pay cital gains tax?
