PPI - AGAIN
3 Answers
I have started by asking both banks if they will send me details of my accounts with a view to re-claiming PPI
They have responded by sending a questionaire to be completed - half of which I cannot answer (hence asking for the details)
Should I respond by completing to the best of my knowledge and pointing out that I am prepared to accept a settlement from them?
Thanks in anticipation

The company has dealt with all these awkward queries for me. If you really don't have the details (e.g. on past bank statements) all you can do is fill in what you can - but don't make any comment about being prepared to accept a settlement, leave that until they make you an offer, then you can decide whether to accept or not. If the offer's not good enough, you can then refer to the Ombudsman.
