I'm contented with the car I have Bright, regards this issue PPI a lot of people I have spoken to think they have to go through a Cold caller, Its a very simple process, make a phone call, the right dep, ask the person you are talking to name, give them the details, make sure you have the proof, In my case from 1998, then let the process begin, if no contact from "them" within a Month, a friendly phone call from you to see how things are going, that's all it takes, Good Luck but don't be fobbed off.
