Recently I sold some things on eBay. One top ended last Monday. The buyer still hadn't paid by Saturday so I sent her a polite message and she said she would do it on Monday just gone. Still no money (I obviously haven't shipped yet). How long is reasonable to contact her again and ask for paying or should I just relist it?

Second question - of the 7 items that have been sold, paid for and shipped (again mostly last Monday) only one person has left me feedback. I've left them all good feedback and as nobody had been in touch to say otherwise I'm assuming there are no problems. Do you ever give people little reminders to give you feedback? I don't use eBay that often so the extra feedback would help my overall 'score'.

I tend to leave feedback in bulk, should do it sooner! ie. on each item!

Have a look at the ebay help and see what it suggests re payment time - or even how to start the official non payment process
I find that a good percentage of the people I sell to never leave feedback. I tend to wait until the time limit for opening a case has expired before I contact them and ask if all is ok. I don't leave feedback for the buyer until either they have left feedback for me or have told me that all is ok....and I'd be chasing there non payer now....very politely and "pardon me for mentioning...but if she was going to pay on monday and its now wednesday, I'd give it a chase.
You have to allow 5 working days , so not including Sat & Sun, before you can send a 'not paid ' notice by ebay . If it has not been paid for by that time send an ebay not paid notice. Don't bother sending reminders let ebay do it.
I find about 30% of people do not leave feedback, I often get feedback weeks later as you can leave feedback up to 90 days after the sale date. Like you I find that if there are problems you hear right away, no news is good news.
I do see some listings that say something like , I leave feedback , please do the same, but I never mention it.
I send the invoice as soon as it sells, then a reminder after 3 days - then another reminder at 5 days saying I'll report it to eBay as an unpaid item if it's not paid in 7 days. Then I report it.

Regarding feedback - when I mail my items, I send a message saying that it's in the post, and ask them to let me know when it's arrived - I leave feedback when they do that, never before. If they don't leave feedback then I wait a fortnight and then leave feedback myself, I'm not bothered if they're careless enough not to. Most of mine do, maybe 10% don't.

Thanks for all the answers. I think I'll give it Until next Monday and if she hasn't paid up ill report the non payment.

It's a little annoying on the feedback thing isn't it. Considering that's one of the main features on eBay. Hopefully a few others will remember in the next few weeks.
