Ppi
When was PPI first introduced? I keep getting calls from companies telling me I must have been sold PPI when I took out my mortgage. I had a mortgage in 1978 which I paid off in 1991 and I have never had a mortgage since. I have moved house 3 times since and do not have any paperwork regarding the mortgage I did have so my question is this, could I have been sold PPI back in 1978 and didn't know it and would it be worth trying to get any money back on what was a repayment of £59 a month?

Give them your details as far as you're prepared to on your original mortgage and let them waste their time. If you get something out of it then good for you. If you don't you won't hear from them again.
If you are registered with the TPS they shouldn't be calling you in the first place. I am registered with the TPS and I get the occasional call too. I tell them I'm going to report them and they hang up. If I have the number displayed they called from I still report them to the TPS
