At the time of the exchange of contracts,a hand written note of an arrangement between parties was made by my solicitor, including a part about the buyer paying the retention amount to me 3 days after he got it, just found out he got it in march, the hand written note by my solicitor is undated unsigned and unstamped, is it a legal document that the buyer can be deemed in breach of?
