Skinny Wraps And Herbalife Weight Loss Pills .

just seen someone selling these on facebook, cant imagine these wraps work at all. though what about herbalife, i need a pill that can reduce appetite and fight food / sugar cravings as i suffer from these badly, i am not big but i go through phases when i am constantly craving sugar and am ravenous, why is this i wonder ?

anyone know a good pill to reduce appetite , something which will not make me nervous and shakey and sick.

you need to be very careful - a lot of medicines (herbal or not) could interfere with you HIV medicines and reduce their effectivemess. I would discuss it with your HIV specialist first

Given that you are in good overall health, try the Dukan diet (americans often call this the palaeo diet). Basically, lots of lean protein, no carbohydrates initially and no sugar whatsoever. I had the same condition that you describe - couldn't go hungry without getting the shakes - gained too much weight over the years, a nd now have lost it and it's kept off.

Dukan is not paleo. They are quite different. Dukan is a low fat high protein diet…fat is needed by the body.
The op does need to cut out the sugar though. That done he will be craving-free.

I found that doing the 5:2 fast diet (fasting two days per week) really helped my cravings, in that it stopped me even wanting to eat sugar and unnecessary stuff. Similarly any detox diet where you cut out gluten, wheat, dairy, sugar, salt, processed food, eggs, tomatoes, potatoes (there's still loads you can eat!) is hard for the first few days but it really does sort out blood sugar and cravings for the stuff with no nutritional value. You end eating only when you're hungry- bizarre. However, it wold be worth mentioning it to your Doc, as there could be medical reasons for this too.
