'quick Sale House' Companies

Has anyone any experience of selling a house via a 'get your cash quick' internet site either good or bad. Do they have a percentage that they offer or is it up to the individually companies.

Companies are like scavengers picking over the bones of something that has failed and forced a quick sale. I'd guess they might offer half the true value of a property for a quick sale.
