They are good in that the deal goes through quickly with no faffing.
They are bad in that they offer you around 60% of the market value.

I bought a cottage in two weeks ... from seeing to taking posession. It can be done.
Kicking out Estate Agents helps speed things up a bit.

These companies offer about 50 -60% of the value. They may try and sweeten the deal by mentioning that you could stay on a s a tenant. What they don't mention is that you'd only be a secure tenant for about 6 months.
