Hi everyone. I have a job interview tomorrow. My first one in 18 years. It is an initial telephone interview. Does anyone have any good tips?

It is an Aerospace company and they have suggested that if I have any questions that I should ask them. What should and shouldn't I ask?

Thank you.

It's hard to say what you should and shouldn't ask as we don't know what they will say/ask. Have a list of questions ready and tick them off as they tell you about the job. Obviously, try and ask questions which seem enthusiastic but not selfish for example you could ask about promotional opportunities / training programmes (sounds enthusiastic and shows you have ambition) but don't ask things like 'is my salary guaranteed to go up every year?' As this sounds self centred. Good article here with some tips:

Good luck.
