What Kind Of Permit Ions Needed For Opening Comercial Mini Soccer Field?

Hi.I want to make my own little buisness.The idea is to get something like a big warehouse and create a mini soccer field.Rent it to people for money.Does anybody know what is the nessesary documents that i will need?Any permitions or licenses?Where should I go to get more info about this?How much it could cost me?Any information is appreciated.

People could hire a hall in a leisure centre to play football or in good weather go to the park. What kind of surface do you envisage them playing on?

I am in US.Here in US soccer is not that popular so there is no free fields to play.Park is not an option.I am planing on doing this in Miami.There is a lot of people from South America who love soccer.And since its way to hot outside to play it's usually inside.And all those places are always buisy.Not easy even to book time if u want to play.

I would like to make an artificial grass.With AC and showers and all the things ,so it has to be inside.Anyways..my question is not about grass but about licenses.

Are you looking a full sized pitch or a number of small pitches for maybe five-a-side soccer. Outdoor pitches are cheaper to build but even so the payback time is considerable. I doubt you would ever recoup the cost of building indoor facilities, unless they are already built to the right specification. How much are you thinking of investing in the warehouse?

I'm not sure why you'd need a licence but maybe things are different in the US.

I think the cost of any permissions/licences would be very small compared with the costs of purchasing and developing the buildings for this not so little business

No idea about licenses but in the US I an betting you will need insurance and it will be hefty.

I was thinking just about one mini soccer field for now.And instead of building it I am planning to rent it.So it's a lil less risky and needs less money to invest.

About the insurance you r probably very right.Gota find the way to get an astimate cost.Any idea what kind of insurance companies are dealing with this?
