I am with Money Saving Expert (Martin Lewis) who advises me when i can get a cheaper deal. I have switched twice recently. One of them raised their price within a week of my switching. Now their is another opportunity. How common is switching like this? It seems the suppliers will use a lot of 'energy' paying lots of stasff judt to deal with switchers.[

I change once every 12 months or so. Around 25% do so regularly. maybe 20% occasionally and the rest have never switched. If you choose a fixed deal the price won't change so quickly
